How It Works: Getting Started

Inquire

Tell us about your athlete. Where they are, where they want to go, what has worked and what has not. The more you share upfront, the faster we can get to work.

Contact & Registration

We reach out your way and help you figure out which program fits. Once you decide, registration is simple. Payment comes after, by invoice. No pressure, no obligation to inquire.

Construction

As soon as you sign up for 1:1 coaching, Coach Roeder gets to work. Your first schedule is built around your athlete specifically. Their event, their history, their goals. No templates. No shortcuts.

Train, Adapt, Race, Repeat

You get your schedule sent through TrainingPeaks and you get after it. When things shift, we adjust. When the season ends, we evaluate and build toward the next one. This is not a one-and-done plan. It is coaching.

A training plan without a coach is just a document. We build the plan and stay in it with you the whole way.
