Membership & Programs
Most athletes start with the training group. They train together, compete together, and grow together. When they are ready for more, 1-on-1 coaching is right there waiting.
Step 01: Start Here

Step 02: Train With the Group
Everything in Race/Kit, plus 18+ coached group sessions per year
- Everything in Race / Kit membership
- June and July: 12+ coached group sessions
- November through January: 6+ coached group sessions
- 18+ total coached sessions with Coach Roeder
- Train alongside collegiate runners and elite-level athletes
- Times and locations provided upon joining
Step 03: Build the Engine
Standalone program, or included in 1-on-1 Coaching
- Personalized programming built for distance runners, not generic gym workouts
- Two strength sessions and two mobility sets per week, around their school schedule
- Video demonstrations for every single exercise
- Programming that adjusts to their race calendar and training load all season
- Direct coach access through the app to check in and track progress

- IHSAA Individual State Champion in cross country (2004), Hamilton Southeastern High School
- 4x IHSAA All-State cross country runner
- 5x Horizon League Individual Champion (3,000m, 5,000m, 10,000m) at Butler University
- Member of Butler's historic 14-consecutive Horizon League Championship cross country teams, including three seasons with a perfect team score
- 2x NCAA Cross Country National Qualifier and 2x NCAA All-Region performer
- Professional triathlete (2012 to 2015), training at the U.S. Olympic Training Centers in Colorado Springs and Chula Vista alongside future Olympians

- Head Coach at IUPUI (Div. I) since July 2022, after serving as top assistant and volunteer assistant
- Guided IUPUI to Horizon League Cross Country Team Championships in 2019, 2020, and 2021
- 188 athletes coached to the NCAA level, with 65 runners qualifying for the Boston Marathon
- Dozens of athletes named First and Second Team All-Horizon League, Freshman of the Year, and Runner of the Meet under his coaching
- Numerous school records broken across nearly every distance event, year after year
- Oversees every part of a competitive program, including individualized training, recruiting, academics, and athlete wellbeing, not just workouts
